Stillness as a healing modality:

Can be stepping out of busy-ness

Can be sitting in nature

Can be a social media free space

Can be time alone

Can be shared time with no agenda

Can be doing art

Can be gardening

Can be no to-do lists today

Can be chores as a mindfulness practice

Can be qi gong

Can be shiatsu

Can be moving your body with no goal to achieve

Can be playing music

Can be silence

Can be reading

Can be meditation

Can be contemplation

Can be knitting, cooking, weeding the garden

Can be grooming your horse

Can be hiking

Can be surfing

Can be camping

Can be pausing in the supermarket queue

Can be grinding coffee

Can be breathing, just breathing

Can be staring out the window
